Hi All,
I have been on the diet since Tuesday, i went a bit wrong and had some cheese and biscuits on tuesday evening, but have never felt so guilty, it was awful!! But i am back on the straight and narrow now been really good, i have been having 4 meal packs as i am 5ft 9 so i was lucky to be able to have 4, lol! But the last two days i have not even thought about cheating having my soups when fiance has his dinner and it has not made me want it, ok it smells lovely, but hey ho i want to trim up!! Its great on here the network of people on here, everyone is willing to always encourage you! Good luck and keep in contact and let us know how you get on!
Lucy

Hi Vicky,
I too joined last Saturday and started on Sunday, I also need a buddy to help me to lose 6 stone. It's my first weigh in tomorrow at 10.30. I have done good this week and feel better already. How have you done on your first week? JJ

Thanks went in this morning and lost 11lbs; Wow happy with it so far;am not on the SS because i want to loose it gradually ;to lose it fast means you get back at blick of eye. so i have the porridge( 1/10 of what i normally have for break fast) with 1pint of water immediately b4 and after; i do try to drink the 2.5 litres of water before lunch because i hate getting up in the middle of the night to pee
Am an old lady of 53 and suffer from incontinence, so his is aggravating it;apart from this all is well that ends well.Today asked my counsellor if i canbuy some ready made meal from M&S counting the calories;allowed 1000 daily which not bad at all she said yes as long as the fat content is not more than 5%.
Keep me posted you will do well;i need to lose 3-4stone.
