Ok really hopes this works!
 
I started on the 19th May 10 at 15 stone 4lbs and I am now 12 stone 6lbs so just under half way. Sometimes I feel I can see a difference and other times I struggle. I am starting to lose my motivation a little so thought I would be very brave and post these. Probably the hardest thing I have done so far putting pictures and my weight out to opinion Confused.

ahh thanks everyone x. I am really struggling today and feeling a little down and your kind comments has boasted me no end x
I guess in my head I am still seeing the 15 stone lou and not the person everyone else sees. We lose weight so quick that I suppose it takes a while for our brains to catch up!
jillya lol I didn't realize my bum looked like that!.
where would we all be without this forum and support xx lou
