Well my bad day (ate a piecs of pizza) went from bad to worse yesterday... went dancing again in the evening and there were bowls of sweets on the tables... haribo and milk bottles and I was flagging so much from the lack of calories that I had some :-(

Once I had done that I went the whole hog and had a pint of fat coke!!!

Was cross with myself when I got hom and made a BIG promise to myself to NOT CHEAT at all for the next 3 days until my 1st weigh in on Tuesday... obviously I want to be good for longer than that but need to break it down into bite-size-chunks (please excuse the pun!)

On the plus side, I am feeling slimmer, and didn't have any of the pizza today (the rest of my family did!). Water is going down well and as we speak I am not hungry.

Dont go shopping do it on line like i do then theres no need to go to Tesco (even though i have to as i work there lol) according to my scales ive lost 10 lbs and my weigh in isnt till wednesday so im really hoping to have lost a stone in my forst week, although i have got 7 stone to loose.

Hi
I started the ss plan on wed 5th, the first 3 days were so hard, i constantly thought about food, craved everything and suffered with terrible headaches!!  on the 4th day everything changed, my headaches dissapeared and the hunger feeling too, i have drank the recommended amount of water and felt as though i spent all my day in the loo at first but that has now settled,
once them first few days were over i found it much easier and didnt feel hungry anymore.
im now plodding along quite happily at the moment trying all the different products, i must be doing something right as i saw my consultant today and after 4 days ive lost 3lb and a total of 6 inches!!!

Hi Everyone, Starting the CWP SS today for the first time. Any suggestions or tips of how to survive your first day greatly appreciated. What do the shakes taste like using warm water and can you add anything to them to spice up the taste/flavour of the shakes - thanks Smile

Hey guy's!

I'm on day 3 now and pleased to say i haven't cheated. And defo have no plan to!! Each time i even consider eating i think of how hard day1 and day 2 were!! DON'T want to go through that again!!
Still feel slightly hungry today and very tired, but am in a really good mood!! Very strange!!

hi i have my first weigh in tomorrow cant wait, i have had my moments this week its not that i am hungry , but  not to eat or fancy something is hard, i mix the drinks with really cold water and ice they are not to bad at all, going to a party tomorrow night so soda for me that will be a first, hope i can do it?

Hi Everyone
I am on day 7 and my first weigh in is tonight, the first week hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. I am on 3 shakes a day (don't really like soup and think I would dip bread in it lol) and lots and lots of water.
It's been tough cooking for my family but I've found that I've been cooking them what I would actually like to eat rather than what they would!
Have also become a bit obsessed with watching cooking programs?? Very odd.
This is the only diet that I have ever managed more than a few days on so am feeling pleased with myself, hopefully even more pleased tonight when I have (hopefully) lost some pounds!
