Sometimes I wonder if the weight loss is just down to the exercise in additional toilet trips

LOL probably !!! Extra trips to loo MUST burn calories ??
BTW bit confused as my CDC told me the tea/coffee drinks during the day dont count towards your water intake so Ive been drinking tea + normally around 3 litres of water (not surprising Im becoming deeply attached to the toilet!).
Is this right or have I been having much more water than recommended (resulting in even more trips to the loo?)

My CDC also told me that tea and coffee don't count towards daily water intake, and I also have to drink a minimum of 3ltrs a day. I think it probably varies between CDC's and is down to their personal experiences with other slimmers.
Thank goodness I don't like coffee without sugar, I'm sure I'd live on the loo if I had to drink any more!! |

I am glad you posted that link Otto as I have asked my CDC several times about this & she always says tea/coffee DONT count, my hsband also agrees with her (he has no CWP qualifications! except to nag me about lack of water consumption) so now I have the link when we next discuss this !!
