You look fantastic, what an amazing loss. Especially from the back, it's a huge huge change. I have the same sort of body shape as you, and I hope to get the same results. It looks like you have the same as me on your arm - one of my arms has a sort of fold across it a few inches up from the elbow. I hate it and can't wait to get rid of it! You are looking so great, well done.

I am totally astounded by everyones kind words and compliments I am walking on air it just feels incredible it has really spurred me on! Cant wait to show everyone in a couple of months time when I am finished!
 
The back picture is a huge difference I was nervous about showing it but I think it was worth it. Rosalita I hate the fold in my arm! My friend has lent me some weights, I am not going to go crazy with them but its worth a shot.
 
I had my weigh in last night and am now 13 stone 11 lbs! omg I cant actually believe it! I am now 5lbs away from a 4 stone loss! Keep going everyone! You deserve to get where you want to be and thank you all so much for the amazing words!!! x
