I have had a pretty bad weekend diet-wise although I've continued at the gym and aquafit every night so I hope to have lost an inch or two even though the scales are fluctuating.

I'm going away on holiday (and there will be photos of ME for a change!) on Friday morning so I won't be here after Thursday... I shall miss you all. Thank you for your support.

I am taking a break from CWP until I am back home - when I shall be moving back to SS+/810 for at least one last stone. I've really stood still for the last couple on months and it's driving me crazy.

If I can lose 5 stone, I can lose two. And so can all of you beautiful ladies. I can't wait to see and hear how you all get on over the next few months xxxx

(bless her!) She said she had every faith in my being able to lose weight enough that we could go forward with it when I get to a more sensible weight (my wording, can't remember her exact phraseology) and that although she disapproved of VLCDs in principle she thought it might be a good idea for me to try one in order to get a quick weight shift.

I got home that day, looked up Cambridge and the rest, as they say, is history. Roll on December, when I might be a respectable weight!

But you know the next day I pushed it out of my mind re-focused and haven't 'cheated' since so if I can do it so can you. So put it behind you and jump back on the thing that keeps me going are my size 10 jeans just as you hae your drysuit so keep that in mind. Forget the anger now you have got it off your chest and go for it.
I have been ok thanks on 810 until Wednesday (1 week) then on to 1000 for two weeks so I can start my classes etc it is little harder when food comes into the equation as you get paranoid about what to eat, how muche tc etc so make the most of the SS I think alot of people find that easier in a sense

So you have every right to fee glum but now you must go forth into battle with a smile on your face and all three of us will be on target and enjoying our new bodies before we know it. Chin up take care oh and try that mix a moouse if you haven't already its so yummy.xXx
